The technician was able to give me a quote ahead of time and the job ended up costing even less than she quoted me. My refrigerator was cooling too much on the refrigerator side and the temperature control was not holding the temperature. I called appliance gals and described my problem. After providing the model number and she did research in advance, then gave me a quote with my options, which were very accurate. The tech Sharonda has a very pleasant demeanor. She and her dispatch person called to provide estimates on when she would be arriving to my home. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and will definitely be using them in the future. The attention to detail, customer service, and Honesty were appreciated. I would not hesitate to refer them to family or friends.
